What makes a multi-level marketing (MLM) company legal?

I have been involved in network marketing for almost 3 years and I've seen my fair share of pop pyramid schemes via the Internet. Most people face the problem of evaluating an MLM is that they do not know what a scheme pyramid. Here is a quick guide on how to detect fraud. (A guide to very quickly) One thing that separates a legitimate MLM a pyramid scheme is a product. That's it! If the company whose product you are evaluating offers in return for their investment to adhere then the opportunity is legitimate. if the product is a tangible object that you can hold in their hands, a way to download or join a private club, is the only factor that separates the business model of an illegal regime. By Moreover, if the company is evaluating offers nothing in return for their investment outside the unique ability to recruit others in the company while an opportunity, my friend, is a 100% positive pyramid scheme.
